Our Story
Our story started differently than most contracting companies.
After years as a successful business executive, our owner decided he didn’t want a desk job anymore. He told his wife “I want to build something”… then bought an excavator and started knocking buildings down.
Not exactly what they had in mind, but they wouldn’t change a thing.
That unconventional start led to Thum Co. Contractors—a licensed contracting company that’s been serving South Florida since 2017.
What We Do
We handle the heavy work—demolition, excavation, drainage systems, concrete construction, and site preparation for residential and commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County.
Our equipment fleet includes excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, compactors, and dump trucks. Owning our equipment means better scheduling, faster response times, and direct control over project quality.
