Industrial Demolition
We handle industrial demolition across Palm Beach County and South Florida — warehouses, manufacturing buildings, concrete structures, bridges, and heavy commercial teardowns. These are the jobs that need bigger equipment and tighter coordination than a standard commercial demo.

We’re licensed building contractors (CBC#1270161) and we own our excavators, dump trucks, and attachments. No waiting on rental equipment, no contractor stacking. We show up, we run our own crew, and we stick to the schedule — because on industrial jobs, downtime is expensive.

Structures We Demolish
- Warehouses and manufacturing buildings
- Concrete and steel-framed commercial structures
- Bridges and overpasses
- Silos and industrial equipment foundations
- Parking structures and parking decks
- Retail and restaurant buildings getting torn down
- Buildings being cleared for redevelopment
How We Run the Job
- Site walk and scope — we come out, look at the structure, and talk through timeline, what’s next door, and what you want salvaged
- Permits and coordination — applications, inspections, agency sign-offs, we handle it
- Utility disconnection — gas, electric, water, telecom — shut off, capped, documented
- Structural removal — breakers, shears, grapples, matched to what we’re taking down
- Debris hauling — loaded and hauled in-house to a permitted disposal or recycling site
- Final grading — site left graded and ready for whatever comes next

Equipment
Our fleet handles industrial work without renting up:
- Big Daddy — Volvo EC220EL excavator. Heavy structural demolition.
- Uncle, Mamma, Baby — Takeuchi TB290, TB260, TB210 excavators. Precision work and tight access.
- Prince Charming and Cinderella — TL12V2 and TL8R2 skid steers. Debris handling and cleanup.
- Washington and Texas — roll-off truck and dump truck. Hauling in-house, no middle layer.

Notable Project
We were picked to demolish the Clewiston bridge. FOX 4 News came out and covered it. Bridge and public-works demolition isn’t the same as private commercial — you’ve got traffic control, environmental compliance, and coordination with multiple agencies. We ran all of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you start an industrial demolition project?
Depends on permits and utility disconnection. For a standard commercial structure, we usually mobilize within 2-3 weeks of contract. If your permits are already in hand, we can move faster.
Do you handle hazardous materials?
Asbestos, lead paint, and other regulated materials need licensed abatement done first. We coordinate with certified abatement subs and pick back up with structural demo once the site is cleared.
What’s the largest structure you can demolish?
Our equipment handles standard warehouse, commercial, and industrial structures up to about 5 stories without renting up. For taller or specialized work, we bring in additional equipment and scope it transparently — no surprises.
Do you recycle or salvage materials?
Yes. Metals, concrete (processed for aggregate), and reusable equipment get separated on site. On bigger jobs, salvage values can offset project cost. We walk through this during scope.
Are you insured for commercial and industrial work?
Yes — commercial general liability and equipment insurance. If your project needs specific certificate of insurance wording, additional insureds, or limit requirements, we handle that during contract.
Do you work with general contractors on larger commercial projects?
Yes — a lot of our commercial demolition is done as a specialty sub to GCs running commercial site developments. We show up, execute, and hand off.
